HOW ITS MADE

The coolest ice cream in the world

Mini Melts® is ultra-delicious premium ice cream made from fresh milk & natural flavours from organic farming, created by patented cryogenic technology with the help of liquid nitrogen at -197 °C,  then served at -35 ° C.​

The ice cream is frozen instantly, and no ice crystals or air bubbles have time to form! This process allows us to preserve the natural flavours and offer you the purest form of ice cream in the most unique shape.

No air bubbles. No water. No artificial ingredients. No preservatives, NO palm oil.

Only natural food coloring.

Fun facts

Regular ice cream will typically freeze at -3 °C. Also, water forms around 60% of a typical ice cream base, and air makes up anywhere from 30% to 50% of the total volume! So in regular ice cream, you’re getting… well, mostly air and ice!

HISTORY OF THE REVOLUTION

The ice cream dream

The ice cream revolution started in the US in the 90s. Successfully conducted cryogenic freezing experiments created the unbelievably flavourful kernels we all enjoy today. Shortly after, Mini Melts patented the method, and the first production plant opened in the US. Over the next 20 years, an ice-cream revolution took over the world, and now Mini Melts is sold in over 35 countries around the globe! Currently, Mini Melts is expanding in the Indian Ocean region - Mauritius, Reunion Island, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Madagascar, South Africa, Maldives, Seychelles and Zanzibar.
